Intro: what all this is going to be about.

As some of you already know I’ve been setting this blog for a long time. The main challenge was to figure out topics to write on. With all ‘Social Media experts’ out there and tons of blogs that spin around social media just add “noise” to a few meaningful “signal” broadcasters. Guess what, I don’t want to be in the first pile :)

As I’m passionate about new media and social networking and know exactly what opportunities hide behind 140 characters, I’d like to share my experience in this field.

With a human touch.

I’m not going to write for search engines, nor I will employ any SEO. I believe that a really great resource will make it to the top with help of passionate readers and strong network (you’ll be able to check it out yourself in the near future).

As web 2.0 is slowly fading out and we are entering new era, I will focus on the hot trends shaping next emerging version of the web. We have manifold ways to experiment with content, so be sure to expect audio/video content.

Roadmap for right now:

• Regular analytics posts on social media and adjacent spheres;
• Reviews of useful services – only screencasts – we’ve got way too much resources with text;
• Weekly podcast that will summarize main news that happened in social media (why podcast? I dig through extensive amount of info every day and will share it in an easy way with you to save your time);
• Goodies and hacks for efficient online and desktop life (one per week will be enough, i’m not a lifehacker :);
• Original how-to’s – you all like lists, don’t you?

The content will greatly depends on you. Start shaping your valuable resource right now :)
